I have been a Longo Lexus customer since 2007, and this was the first disappointing experience I have had. Our family has been always taken care of by Victor Reyes (Sales) and Sammy Gonzales (Service) like friends. But this service experience has led me to a few points that I would like to note. 1. Long service/wait time: when I dropped off my car on Saturday, it almost toook me an hour before my service advisor called me. Never has it taken me more than fifteen minutes to get in and out. Today when I returned the vehicle almost took me 30 minutes again wait, and today was Monday. More importantly my car was not washed because service advisor said that it was due to my rush request. I receieved a text at 1 pm this afternoon noting my car was ready, so I do not understand why my car is not washed, especially when I paid close to $600 for a service maintenance. 2. Service advisor questioned me about the rattle noise that was located in the back of the trunk. I had already stated that this issue has happened before and that I was hoping it would not be a continued issue. The attitude and tone was not sincere at all at the time of call and I demanded that they investigate further. This is then when he told me he would have the parts department take a look. I hope Longo Lexus improves their service moving forward because Sammy has always been great and never have I had a problem with my 4 Lexus vehicles until now. Maybe we need to bring him back from Longo Toyota?

Checked in 10:30am , checked out 2:55pm for a 20K miles maintenance services which adviser told me it would only take 2 hours to wait. Getting text message said my car would be ready to go at 2:15 pm. Approached the adviser desk at 2:35 pm, he told me he had no paperwork for me. Another 5 min., he said paperwork was on his desk actually. At car pickup counter, no linked information to release the car, finally taking other 15 min., to have my car key back to my hand and leave Longo Dealership. Not a happy experience with Longo service center. Might seek other dealers a trial when next service due. Thanks.

If Lexus offer car wash and vacuum for each service then make it happen. My first service had no car was nor vacuum. This time I got a car wash but Lexus only slightly vacuum the driver side only. To be frank, my car isn't too dirty but I can tell the back and passenger side was not vacuum. I just thought if you are going to offer something then at least make it happen. This way will not only satisfy customers but also keep good business with the customers to day and in the future. I know you guys are busy with so many customers to take care. But customer service is important.
