Service was great. The unsatisfactory was in part because of how expensive simple replacements are. $150 for a small metal piece doesn't make sense and $50 for the windshield wipers to be replaced is ridiculous. Daniel was great in explaining everything to me and I enjoyed his customer service however I feel like certain things could easily be complimentary. My family has been a longtime customer of Lexus and Toyota and it would feel nice to be given some services complimentary like a simple windshield wiper replacement or something simple especially since my car is a 2006 model and it's been taken good care of for 11 years.
