First of all, Rudy was great. No problems there. He made it possible for my car to be ready for pick up on the same day. After having my vehicle serviced,I noticed that the plastic cover going above the brake and gas pedal is missing. There are some loose wires hanging when I drive. This is a safety hazard… I have an extremely busy work schedule, I don’t have time to call the dealership and drive nearly an hour for the service team, not Rudy, he was great, to fix an error they made. I want to know what your team can do to resolve this.

Had set up appointment at 7am just to do a regular service, I was told it was going be done between 930 to 1030am but it wasn’t completely until 1230pm!! I was the first person had been check in and it took 5 and half hours to finished!!! The service up front was kinda rude I asked a lady up front whats the status I been waiting for a long time, and she kept saying we will called when it done!!
