Mr. David Parada was very thorough with his explanation as to the service to be rendered. He made sure I understood everything. Knowing that it would take 2 to 3 hours for service, he offered a Uber ride home with a pick up that I requested to just wait and enjoy the ambiance of the service waiting area along with snacks!
This was my first service experience at Longo Lexus and I find it impressive! Kudos to Mr. David Parada and the rest of the service team members!
