Thank you Longo for taking such sweet sweet care of me. First of all I want to say thank you to the gentlemen that greeted me at Longo and checked in my car. Didn’t get his name but he help fix a small problem with my hatchback/ trunk. He was happy to help me! And knew exactly what to do. And then Edward was professional, patient and happy to see me! He explained everything I questioned and answered my annoying questions All smiles from him. But I have to say one of the best parts of my experience was the girl that helped me with the loaner car. . We had a few laughs but again the best part was getting in the loaner car and having Sirius XM. First time with loaner that had Sirius. The station was on the Beetles Station and my heart was flooded with past good Memories. I cancelled Sirius with my car but thinking of getting it again. Anyway everyone has always treated me with kindness and respect. Oh and i can not forget the nice gentleman that approached me when I returned the car. Soft spoken, kind, and informative. The receptionist also was efficient, had my paper work ready and explained all the costs. She kindly listened to me go on and on about by bad day at work. Thanks again for a superb experience! Thanks for the loan car, battery charged and returning of the loan car easier. Great customer service of the service advisor. Just make sure loan car is cleaner, tire pressure warnings are taken care of.
