The service by the techs and service reps are wonderful. Francis addressed all my concerns and then some. In the 20+ years that I have been with Longo Lexus and Toyota, I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience. Chris McCarty has been so kind and accommodating and for that I am eternally grateful. For the above reasons and more, my family and I never bought our vehicles anywhere else. We love and appreciate all aspects of service and we get at Longo.

Jennifer Nam is an excellent service advisor. Jennifer provided comprehensive service for my vehicle which was still under warranty to replace the driver side seat belt restoring it back to new condition! The job was performed by the scheduled time. Upon delivery the car was cleaned as well as the wheels and tires and appeared almost like new to the point I literally stopped to make sure I was getting into my own car!
