Jennifer has been my advisor for most of my time having a Lexus and she always delivers the best customer service. She makes the value of any service done to my vehicle worth it. She always seems to surprise me by delivering my car personally which for me adds a nice touch to the delivery of customer service. I don't think I've seen any other advisor do such thing to their customer. Which makes Jennifer stand out from all the rest.
