Consistency and a very robust type of service has always been provided by Longo every time I have my vehicles serviced. Of course Mr. Saldana always delivers. Excellent job always!

I attempted to pick up my car on Wednesday 2/14/18, but my texts were ignored by Julien. I’m not one to complain, but I got out of work early to try to make it to Lexus by 7p.m. I was not given any instructions of where to go or who to ask for in case Julien wasn’t there since it was ****’s Day, but I didn’t get a response to a few text messages not just one. I was frustrated about the lack of professionalism and communication that I just decided slow down my driving and wait for Julien to contact me when he had time. I have a very busy schedule and had to ask someone else to pick up my car and drop off the loan car. I did not appreciate my messages being ignored. I love Lexus and would like to continue purchasing vehicles from Longo Lexus, but service needs to improve. Sorry Julien, you are a nice guy but we all have busy schedules and proper communication is a must.
