I literally had the best experience at your dealership that I have ever had in my life. From the moment we dropped off the car ( being greeted) until the end . AMAZING !! Our other car is a Mercedes and they have never treated us that good !! My next car purchase is going to be a LEXUS , hands down !! The waiting area treats and drinks by the way was awesome !! Also I want to add when we got back our car , the note that was left along with the car being washed .. EXCELLENT !!! We can truly tell you that every bit of our experience was truly fantastic .. I actually already talked to two of my friends about the Lexus experience and told them that they have to buy Lexus's .. That's how great you guys were !!

Angelique was very friendly and thorough with providing me with information I needed. When I took the cat home, I had a question about why my side mirrors were not turning in when I locked the door. She called me and texted me a picture of the location of the button that fixed that. I especially appreciated that! She was great!
