I was quoted 2 hours, so I opted to wait vs getting a loner. Then after nearly the 2 hours up is when they discovered I needed two new tires, and other recommended service. I Only wish they would’ve done an initial check earlier on and discovered they needed the car longer sooner to when I checked in because I would’ve got a loaner from the outset instead of waiting two hours, having to get a loaner anyway and car not done until Monday at 1030 am
