Eric was excellent and I intend to continue with him as my regular service advisor. However, the service technician failed to remove 2 spots I had requested be removed. I did not have time today to wait for that to be remedied but Eric promised to have the spots removed if I would bring my car back at my convenience. Eric is terrific!
