I was told my vehicle was ready. I turned in my rental & jumped into my car full of check engine lights VSC lights & other notifications on dash. Highly disappointed, i ask to further check my car & completely fix what i had already paid for. Service dept was about to close so no rental was given, i got offered & pick up of vehicle & drop off of rental on Monday. As i left, i noticed red flag alerts & once on fwy my car would not go past 40mph. Hazard lights all the way for i had no where to turn back to, dealership service was closed. No warning on the complications w/ vehicle. My life was put at risk this evening.

When I purchased the tires insurance, I was told it would cover anything happened to my tires. Never was told there is any restrictions. Even when I came to service before, no one gave me advice when I should replace my tires. Suddenly today said all 4 tires need to be replaced, but uncovered by the insurance, for the reasons I never be informed.
It’s really unacceptable! I never trust your salesman!
