Francis always takes care of me in the best possible way. He has a great attention to detail and always takes the time to explain the services being performed on my vehicle. Any issues that come up with my car are dealt with in a very timely manner.

I’m probably satisfied for the work done. However, I still feel that charges made were excessive, especially for the 134k miles initial inspections.
Also, why do you kept removing the floor mat. How could that be non-conforming when that was purchased from your store. That floor mat has spiked to avoid moving from the floor.

I informed the lady at the check out that my car is done. Inshowed her the receipt and other documents. She told me that the car was being washed.
I had been waiting for 15-20 minutes for the car wash but it did not get done.
I asked her again. She called and told me that it is almost done.
After 10 minutes, I asked her again, it turned out that it never get done and they tried to find the key.
Finally they found the key. I told them to forget about the car wash, I want to take my car back.
