Longo Lexus Auto Repair Service

Not a very friendly guy to start with lacks good customer service. Not very clear when he called me back to tell me the other problems on my car. First he said my tires were such n such measurement and I interrupted him by saying my tires are brand new 3 months old n so I got the impression he will tell me that I need new tires but he said he wants me to get an alignment which I have done when I changed tires. So we argued about that trying to tell me that is not what he meant. Lots of misunderstanding and I didn’t like that he put down Costco coz that’s where I bought my tires. He wouldn’t answer his phone and when I left a message for him to call me back he didn’t call me till 45 mins later. I don’t think he is that busy. He is probably just upset with me coz in the beginning I didn’t want my brakes to be done that day coz of money situation but he insisted I should have it done on the same day coz of safety issue. I got that but I really ddidn’t have the money and I said I will do it the next day coz I will have to call my credit card company to increase my credit limit.I didn’t like pressures like that not good customer service. He was nice to arrange for me to split my invoice so I will get better discount with the coupons. That I appreciate. He didn’t even give a time frame as to when my car will be ready today I called n no answer then I talked to some lady n she said he is busy so my whole afternoon was kinda wasted so I decided to just drive there n wait. After few mins when I got there I saw him on his desk so I approach him n he said they just brought my paper works, To top this off they didn’t even wash my car those people were even rude when I ask why they didn’t wash the car. I insisted they wash the car coz that is always a part of the service. I am very disappointed with this service it seems like your service is going downhill. You cannot blame me if if I post this in social media. I would like to help other people to go somewhere else.I always want to deal with Francis Saldana but he wasn’t there yesterday. When I called the day before to confirm my appt. I specifically ask that I get assigned with Francis and the girl who answered said yes. So those are the kind of workers you have, not dedicated to their work. I have to think hard if I will go back to your dealership for service.I hope you will address this issue and again I want to tell you how unhappy I was with service n I hope your people will be nicer coz it helps uplift business.

Jim was very professional. He worked very hard to resolve our problem with the locking system in our RX. We appreciate the extra time he took to give his personal attention to the problem. We would request Jim again if we were in need of service at Longo.
