I always request Mr. Palmer, he is honest and recommends only the work that’s needed. A couple of years ago my battery died and took it to the closest Lexus dealer which was Glendale . I just needed the service and a new alternator. This guy wanted to build me a new ES, talking abou my car being noisy and that I needed new mount brackets on the motor and a whole mess of other things to the sum of 3,400$. I did not do anything other than what I asked for , After that I continued coming to Longo. I can’t thank Jim Palmer enough for for all his help and maintaining my trust.
