Beau is fantastic but your paperwork processes need work. The last two times I have been in for service there have been issues with paperwork that have taken several minutes to resolve. Yesterday, Beau kept having to go back and forth between multiple individuals to resolve the issues. He is a true professional, however, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the situation right.
