I’m not sure if there is a process of bringing the customer car when the owner is waiting to pick it up. I’ve waited for a good 15min sitting on a bench and my car was still not brought to me after completing all my services. One lady at the front did come and ask me after noticing i was waiting for a while and she personally said she’ll go and find me car. I hope it was just a small hiccup in the process.
