John need to be reminded of his job roles and responsibilities. Per Clem the service manager he needs to inform customers about the status of the repair Including photos if necessary. He needs to walk to the shop and speak to technician directly to see why it takes two days to replace a car window molding. Then, He need to tell the customer the facts instead of stressing that it is big job. Please speak to Clem he has all the details.
It is disappointing that Longo Lexus tolerates such poor customer service from its service consultants. The root cause here Longo management lack of oversight that allows such practices to go unnoticed.

They did not wash my car on my arrival to pick up. They broth out the dirty car. I had was to ask to wash it, sit & wait for a extra 30mins. kelly had was to tell them that all car should be wash before pick up. Other than that it was ok.

There is no need to contact me. But after the 14 or so years that we have been coming to your facility to get our car repair, your service this time has not been satisfactory.
Your service rep, Mr. Palmer was curteous as usual, but it just took too long to repair our car.
Between the process of ordering the vehicle parts and the mechanic trying to fix the car problem took too much time. This was a big inconvenience for my wife and I.
On top of that, I had to pay money to put gas back in the loaner car restore the gas
