Your workers scratch my new car when they so call wash it I was told to take it some place else to get it wash. I Pd 150. For my detailed job at longo one month ago I really take care of your rental cars but you don’t do the same. Frank Lorusso is the best I’m never disappointed with him he left by the time I had to go pick up my car so he isn’t aware of the problem I had. I told them I had a bike rack on my car they said it’s ok so I don’t know what went wrong other than to say the person used a very dirty rags to wash my car and had rock or small dep it’s too much now

1). The receptionist called me to the front desk to pay for the service. After paying, she told me to wait for my car outside (instead of telling me to wait in the waiting room for my service rep to call me). I waited outside for about 15-20 minutes when I noticed my car and went to get it. The key wasn’t there and the Longo employees went looking for my car key. It wasn’t until then when one of them found my key that they told me that my service rep wanted to talk to me. There needs to be better communication between the front desk and the service rep so that the customer isn’t misinformed (i.e., telling the customer wait outside for the car when the service rep is inside waiting for the customer with the customer ‘s key). 2). After I finally got my car, the car interior smelled like gum. I cannot stand the smell of gum so it really annoyed me that I have to smell gum while I drive home in my car for the next 20-30 minutes. I couldn’t open the windows to air the smell out because I was driving on the freeway. It took about an hour before the smell went away.

Steven Tran and Julien Diaz are superior and extremely knowledgeable at their jobs. I have no complaints about them. They are the most outstanding and professional workers. My only dissatisfaction was the car washing department. My car has hard water spots all over. I ended up wasting about 2 1/2 hours trying to remove the hard water spots off myself. It was worst then when I brought it in for service. There were no hard water spots on my car when I brought it in. I would appreciated if someone can contact me to discuss how Longo Lexus can make me completely satisfied with my overall service experience.
