The friendliest and nicest service advisor I’ve had in a while. Knows his stuff, professional and provides the best options to his customers. Wouldn’t have any other person to help me out as long as I’m getting my car serviced at Longo. Deserves a raise!

I have an appointment for my service. It is suppose to be around 2 hours service, but I still wait for almost 3 hours getting my car ready. I also can understand longo is always busy place. I hope when we do check in, longo can spread appointment customer and drive in customer. It can help appointment customers get car ready earlier. Thank you.
