Man Wong was exceptional. Provided me with great service, kept me informed about the process. My only issue at the moment, is that my vehicle was not fixed correctly. I paid for y’all to clear the vents & replaced the cabin air filter. Stating that would fix the problem, I went with it. The smell is still there- My headaches are getting worse & I’ve been a little.. a lot embarrassed to let anyone into my car. I bought this as a used “certified vehicle” I’ve taken great care of it. This should NOT be happening. Now I will waste my time, going back on Monday 6/18.
