Edward was very professional. I have said this many times, please train your staff to say “thank you”, “we appreciate your business”, “is there anything else we can assist you with?”, etc. These are standard practices used in any service industry related businesses. When I arrived and departed not one staff offered to assist with loading or unloading any of my many bags which I took two trips to place on the bench. It happens every single time I come in. Please train your staff to be more observant on the needs of your customers. Simple manners and courtesy. The cashier when checking out was terrible, never looked up, never used the word “please” once and after running my credit card pointing where I signed/initialed never said thank you, or we appreciate your business, do you need any assistance with loading your bags...it was just pointing to the door and saying, “show your papers to the man outside” and being distracted by a coworker at the same time. I no longer feel like a valued customer. What changed here over the years? We bought and leased so many generations of cars at Longo. What a shame. Even now after so many car purchases here, I am due for a new car purchase, no follow up trace call to see if I am interested in seeing any of the new models because we note that you have always purchased a new Lexus after 7 years. No recognition of loyalty.

Daniel was fine. He doesn't need to contact me. My issue is more with whoever manages the flow of cars through service. It took over three hours to do a basic 5,000 mile service. Yikes!
