Always a cluster f**k when having service at Longo Lexus. Last time, I waited 30 minutes for a service advisor at 4pm with only a few people in the shop and multiple service advisors waiting. The process to get a loaner is also a pain. I got a loaner 2 months ago and had to once again show my insurance form. Seems like LONGO could keep these on file.
