Eric was very helpful. He listened to the electrical issues I had with my car. He asked me several times to make sure he understood and he even went to my car to inspect the "hazard"light issues I had so that he could fully understand my car issue. Long Lexus really excels at customer service and hires the best people. If not for the high prices, I would bring my car back for other services. Love the coffee bar . You guys are awesome in everything.... except pricing!
