My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the service he received this morning and the fact that you sent an email to let you know if we have any concerns when you know we left upset with things unresolved is very odd. In addition to the car being returned still stinky with the perfume and the urine smell the car was dirty both inside and out and the new mats were just thrown in the car. The first person I dealt with on the loaner was unhelpful and demanded that I have proof of my insurance when I had just turned in a loaner car and had given it to them yesterday. There was no accommodation made or assistance provided. I would not recommend your service dept to anyone!!! I feel discriminated against and angry the way I was treated and the fact that the issues with my car were unresolved
