Drop off for service was slow with app new staff who misinformed me re where to go for loaner & forgot to remind me to take car insurance paper to loaner counter. Loaner counter was training new guy too & we were all trying to be understanding but Friday am was very busy.Once I got to Rene all went fast & smoothly. He was very courteous when I picked up car too! Don’t think it was his first day!! Sunday loaner return & my car brought up was great thanks to Rene & girl @ counter!

After waiting 30 min to pick up my car, I asked one of the service associates if he could tell where my car was and he informed me that my car had not been paged to be brought up. Once my car was brought up and it was completely dirty covered in dirt and ash. Then I was asked if I wanted it washed. Of course I said yes! Then I had to wait an additional 10-15 min. I was happy work that was done but extremely unpleased with my pick up service.
