I was very displeased with being billed for charges in excess of what was provided in the original estimate, which I identified when picking up my car. I never had this mishap before and I addressed this with Longo’s service director on site, Paul. Although the increase was about $30, I hope other customers did not get incorrectly charged as well. I hope this get rectified immediately by having proper controls in place to ensure customers are charged correctly.
