Kelly Yang went beyond the call of duty in customer service and customer satisfaction. I love the updates that he provided about my vehicle and his quick response to my phone calls and text. He got me in and out with a car loaner in no time because he understood that I have to take my son to school, I really appreciate his understanding and thoughtfulness. Thumbs up for this guy.

You should have a loaner car similar to the car the customer is leaving. For an Es the SUV is more of a match than an IS. For me an IS is claustrophobic.
