The service for my tire change was great. However when retrieving my vehicle, I was concerned about the PARK light being on. I asked a lady worker for assistance and she said that I just need to shift to drive (that’s common sense). Upon driving the PARK light continued to stayed on. After driving over 20 miles, my son said that the PARK light indicates parking brakes are on. Why wasn’t the parking brakes turned off after service was done since I never turn them on. Also, I’m a bit annoyed that an employee didn’t help me more in troubleshooting the light. I’m hoping driving with the parking brakes does minimal damage to my car.
