Frank was great—very professional and nice. The guy and girl in the area where you drive up for service were less than friendly. They were each with another guest when I arrived. When they were finished with their customer, they walked away, saying nothing to me who had been there 10 minutes or so. Eventually another young man came out and politely waited on me. I have been a Longo customer for many years and this was the first time I experienced any less than top service.
