Jennifer was great as she always is, but I had some special issues that needed to be addressed on the detai work that I have done each time I bring it in. Jennifer did a very clear discription of my issues on the dental order, but when I picked up the car Jennifer was gone, it was after 6:00 PM and no one evidently paid any attention to the notes because the items were not done, but it was billed. The quality of the detail job was definitely not LONGO QUALITY WORK !!!! I will get it taken care of, all the other items handled by Jennifer and the technicians was first class as usual which is why I drive 80 miles and past 3 other LEXUS dealers on my way just to go to Longo for service and repairs, I have been a customer at Longo for 23 years and have bought many cars and trucks from both the LEXUS and TOYOTA side for personal and business use.
