The check in process is rather confusing. When I drop odf the car for service, I am told that I do not need to check in at the front and the service representative is already aware of my arrival. However, when I drop off the loaner vehicle to pick up my car after service is completed, I am expected to check in at the front in order to be helped. The fact that the expectation is different leaves room for confusion. Front desk is inattentive and usually preoccupied by several service representatives or valet.
