The new car was found defective three days after purchase. The maintenance factory needs me to leave my car and let me drive home to the booth IS300. I'm not happy about letting me use the Is300. New cars should not have this problem. I drove to the maintenance plant on Friday afternoon. You said it might not be finished today. Then on Saturday you know to contact the factory for instructions, You already know that this material is not available in the repair shop. Why only one phone call to inform me? Of course I miss. And it was just before the end of the day(16:14PM). So I have to wait until Monday to drive the car I just paid for. Must endure dirt and sweat stink on the is300. I have to clean up by myself. Is that like a customer problem or your problem?
