I went to Lexus to get air bags replaced cause of a recall. They messed up my dashboard. Then i went back to get the dashboard replaced. And when i picked up the car, my speakers did not work. And so here i go again bringing back the car so they can fix my speaker problem. They forgot to connect my speakers before they put in my dashboard. So it was a big inconvenience for me, i had to drop important things i had planned, just so i can bring back the car two more times after airbags were replaced. I lost out on money and i put off a lot of important things i needed to get done. Edgar was very helpful. And i totally understand it wasn't his fault, but for this to happen at a place like Lexus is terrible. Over all i give Longo Lexus a 1 star rating out of 5 stars.
