Kelly Yang did a great job he always does. But I had a 7:00 AM appointment to have two new tires installed that he had in stock and it took you guys till 9:40 to give me my car back. That’s way too long. I know you washed and vacuumed my car too but really. If I had not had an appointment or were not already sure the tires were ava that would be different. 2 1/2 hours to put two new tires on shameful.
