Eric was a consummate professional who represents Lexus well. He was timely with follow-up and thorough with answering questions. The car was kept over the weekend which was unexpected due to the need to order parts. I had not planned on this and therefore had not reserved a loaner car. However, Eric made the appropriate arrangements for me to have a loaner for the weekend so I was not without a vehicle. Lexus service, quality and professionalism does not disappoint...ever.
