I know it’s complimentary but when Lexus says they vacuumed the interior you expect Lexus to do a good job. Lexus brand holds a standard not sub-standard David explained to me that the reason why the car has not been washed was because the machine was not working. He was going to bring the car to Toyota to wash it, now that’s an awesome employee kudos to him. I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it because I understood the problem, Then he added that when I have time to come back and they will wash it for me. How awesome is that?!

My additional comments are as follows: The loaner car was not very clean as though it was not cleaned from the last person who used it. Also the SiriusXM radio in the car worked until the last and then was disconnected or the license had ended. When I called for the appointment I asked for Francis Saldana as he has been my service provider. I was told he would be there when I came in, yet was on vacation. Seems like there is a disconnect between those answering the phones and the service providers schedules. While Jim Palmer did a fine job, I have developed a relationship with Francis and like to maintain the continuity. Overall just felt the service atmosphere was down from all my years of going to Longo.

Jennifer had the service department fix a crack in my windshield. She warned me if it weren’t fixed it could crack across the entire windshield which would require replacing the windshield. I am so happy we added that to the prearranged oil change! I can’t even see the crack at all now! Excellent service and advice!
