I had the best experience with Longo Lexus from the team that greets you in your car to the rental car to the person who gives you the paperwork to sign , I asked a lot of questions and they took there time with me and made me feel comfortable, I was so happy and suprised when I picked up my car and they went the extra mile, washed my car and filled the tank, I have never gotten service like that

I'm completely satisfied with the service and the treatment that Edgar gives to the customers, but.... I've been complaining from a noice coming in the front when I move in reverse, I don't think is normal, and they haven't fixed it, my previous car was a Lexus and that's why I got another lexusbut this time I am not that happy with that noice, this is the 3rd time I complain about the same issue and nothing, I hope you can do something, thank you in advance.

Yes Renee called my name pretty quickly from the wait gallery. He listened to my concerns while jotting notes. He said that he would call me as soon as he had information concerning the car. He then set me up for a rental vehicle. The sport Lexus was nice however was a bit small for me. I asked Renee if I could exchange for a taller vehicle. He said yes. So I returned for a larger vechicle. The car was completed it seems without problem and I returned to pick up when ready. It was a very good experience overall although some confusion occurred with the intake at the beginning. I was told to get out of the line and park and go in as opposed to staying in the car and allowing me to speak to a representative about service. I believe that was time wasted because I had to get back in the line where I had already been. That was frustrating.
