Rene was most professional and helpful. We seeked his help after waiting for 20 minutes outside while others who came out long after us managed to drive away.. Rene personally went and got the car for us, That’s SERVICE. We think waiting for 20 minutes outside after receiving our documents is much too long and should be improved.

Edward Duran apologized and made things right. However, Eric Anaya, who was covering for Edward on his day off could have done a better job of keeping me informed regarding the progress of my vehicle's service. After dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment in the morning, I didn't not hear from anyone at the dealership until 2 and half days later regarding status. I even called the dealership multiple times, and most of the time, was just transferred to various people's voicemails.

Management should look very carefully when employs younger staff. Simply failed on most basic work protocol. Never felt so neglected at any Lexus before like today. Although, the time to process a service request is pretty efficient. Mr. Reynoso seems to be more preoccupied about Greeting Coworkers than a client at 7:30 am. But it was not exclusive of him everyone is doing it! I am most certain that is is not the Lexus policy to neglect the clients. If one gets called from a service member the usual is to follow up with the client. Well Mr. Reynoso called me twice while I was trying to grab his attention, then failed to follow up on the matter. Call me picky, but I’ve never seen this treatment at any Lexus service dealer. One thing jumps to the attention and it is the age of the service advisors. Other Lexus locations have more grownups in charge. I took the time to send you this review because I want to come back to your dealership. But I see these matter in many other businesses where training has failed to look at the work etiquette/basics among coworkers and towards customers. I would expect Lexus would overcome this issue in a very short time.thank you!
