Our consultant, Mr Jim Palmer was great. He is an asset to your company. Although your loaner department was awful and frustrating. Again i said this on my last visit at Longo. I do not understand why we have to bring my daughter to for additional driver. We have her driver's license,her name is on the insurance card and we signed the contract. I need to let someone to explain to me about this. I need a feedback. I've been coming here for the last 15 years and now. Its really frustrating everytime i bring my car to Longo.
