I usually schedule an appointment for my maintenance service with Longo Lexus. I saw a nail went in the front right tire on Friday afternoon so I'll need to get this fixed right away on Saturday without making an appointment in ahead of time. But I also had doctor appointment on Saturday morning, so I was not feeling well while I was waiting for service to be done on Saturday afternoon.
When Mike Eisenman knew that I was not feeling well, he just helped me to squeeze in schedule, I only waited for about one and half hours and luckily technician said tire can be patched and no need to replace it. I know the waiting time could be much longer especially on Saturday without making appointments in ahead of time.
I really appreciate Mike's help! I also feel better now after get rest and took medicine..

Before David helped me, I have been waiting for calling for over half an hour even I had appointment at 11:15am. I have ever went to service desk to ask twice. They just told me to wait for calling, not even checked the list otherwise they would know the lady made a mistake to put me on the walk-in list instead of appointment list at the beginning. I suggest whenever customer is asking for waiting issue, the staff might take a look on the list I see how long the customer has been waiting.
Overall, the service is great.

I drop off my car really early morning to get it done early and told adviser about it but I had to keep calling to check the status bc I had get the car before 5 or had to know when I could pick up my car.
I think he did his best but I wasn’t happy
Also I found a dent on the door molding after I came back home

I just feel like overpaying for poor service

Eric gave me good, courteous service. I like how he kept me informed of status including photos. I like how I was informed that car was being wash and I would be called when it was available. That was so much better than having to wait on deck for the car. Thanks for making that improvement.
