David Parada was not honest. He asked me to change windshield wiper which are still in good condition. The service charges was so expensive, but why checking brakes was not included. I am not Saturday with the service and I will never be back again.

right from the beginning the professionalisms was not there the personnel acted without a sense of urgency and without empathy towards the fact that all of us have things to do and I was taking time out of my busy day to take care of one of the most important things in my life which is safety and peace of mind, when I finally was assigned to a rep Rene he didn’t seemed knowledgeable and again he seemed like he didn’t have my best interest at heart, I had to look through my e-mails and find a promotion code for $40 off my $300 service which I would have appreciated if it would have been given to me by the rep instead of me having to look through my e-mails and work for a discount, I waited extensively for my car as I only took it for an oil change and a 20k service just at the end to keep on being told that it would be ready in another 15 min and another 15 min I’d clear expectations would have been set from the beginning I would have left as I had to take my wife and kids to breakfast I ended up having breakfast at 1 pm that day needless to say at the end I was told that there was a bigger problem with the car and that I would not be able to take the car with me that day which again waisted more of my time I was not even properly told what the problem was how it was created and what was going to be done about it I briefly remember Rene did mentioning something about a pump but didn’t explained what happened why it happened and how to prevent it, since I work in investments I have no idea what pump he is referring to Idecided to take my car to the dealership for maintenance because I though this would provide me with peace of mind and trust and a professional experience but this was far from the truth in my case even at the end when my car was done, I only received a voicemail from Rene to tell me that the car was done but I still had more questions therefore I tried several times to reach out to him even left him voicemails but he never got back to me the Carwash that was done to my car was horrible overall the experience I must say this has changed my overall view of Lexus and I think once my lease is over I will be moving on to another car brand,
