Jim has been my service advisor since I bought my car from Longo Lexus on 2008. Now that my car reach 150K miles I cannot see any else but Jim to take care of my car. He makes me feel like he owns my car,
a caring and honest individual. I may used other advisor on minor jobs but Jim is the only one I can trust on major services. Longo is very lucky to have the best service advisor in Jim Palmer. He is so cool and explain in details, giving me options in al aspects of services.

I was very happy with John Chang customer service. He was very nice and professional. However, I was a little disappointed after my windshield service. They didn’t even wipe off the dashboard nor the windshield for me. It looks dirty so I had to go home and clean it myself.
