Julien Diaz was very patient listening to my needs and he followed through with requests for correcting an error In my cars records that had an incorrect mileage figure. He has promised to follow up with the person that needs to make the corrections when they come in. Also, I was pleased with the kindness shown to my 5yr old granddaughter by a member of the management team( don’t remember his name but his office is directly across Mr Paul Woreman’s office) I was happy to be able to thank Paul directly for his assistance with a problem he had so kindly resolved for me last year. He gifted her with a sweet little stuffed unicorn toy and she is delighted with it. I had to bring her with me and she really enjoyed “the Kids Zone” and the wait was no problem for us. Also, everyone, I dealt with today from the young lady who worked me on to the schedule today. The young man that checked me in and the young lady that brought my freshly washed car up to me were all so kind professional and helpful. I have been a customer of Longo Lexus since My 1st 1990 Lexus in 1989 and I have been privileged to see how far the dealership has grown so large but still providing excellent customer service.
