Not sure why the representative recommended me to purchase new tires so heavily. It created a negative feeling like I’m about to get scammed. I went to two different mechanic and Costco to re-evaluate the tires and all three has stated that my tires are still in great shape and could drive for another 10,000 miles if need be. I don’t mind spending the necessary money but sure doesn’t breed confidences if you are just pushing products into customers that has no use for. I hope for future reference this representative will pay more attention with taking care of the customer instead of trying to lie to the customer to make a sell happen. It’s eithrr the representative or the mechanic at the dealer but it will definitely make me think twice before going back.
