Before even reviewing or diagnosing the issue with my car the representative kelly yang was very discouraging of my issue. He told me it was my amplifier and it was very expensive. Fast forwarding he called to say it in fact was the amplifier for 3600. Really. How does Lexus justify such an astronomical price. I took to a shop that charged me 475 dollars. I will also share my experience on yelp. Very dissatisfied customer.

I received a text that my car was ready but when I arrived I paid for my car and after 20 minutes was told it wad still on the rack. After waiting for an hour and a half finally the car was returned un washed and grease stains along the fenders.
