I had to go to a concert in the late afternoon that day, so I asked if he could make special arrangements so my car could be done at the earliest possible. Sure enough, he accommodated my request and had the car serviced around 11:00 which made me extremely happy. Takes way to long for service we had a 9:30 appointment and we got our car back at3:30 for a 30,000 mile service. We did use the loaner vehicle but to take all day is just very disappointing. We bought the maintenance program offered at purchase of vehicle and have had oil changes taking over 3 hours. I’m looking forward to having the service plan over with so I can have maintenance done elsewhere

I’ve always been happy with the service at Lexus but this time my experience was less than ideal. I did not receive a call from my service representative on the day that he mentioned my vehicle would be ready. When I called the front desk to check on the status of my vehicle, the representative noted that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I waited over half an hour because my original service representative was not in the office that day but did not leave sufficient notes for the gentleman taking his place. It was unclear whether my vehicle was truly ready (oil gasket replacement and 120k mile service) so the gentleman called the service representative as well as the technician to confirm, which I appreciated.
