The technician that reinstalled a part in the back truck area left 5-6 black greese marks on the beige trunk mat. I had to buy spot rug cleaner to clean the spots. Most of it came off but you can still see some marks.
I left a message for Frank this afternoon but have not received a call back from him as of the date and time of this response.

Mike was great but service department is lacking, they did not use paper lining in the car leaving my car carpet wet and dirty, also found trash left by technician The car wash was terrible, I came in with a clean car and left with car all dirty. Very disappointed.

Paymon was great... once I was checked in and seen. My frustration is with the initial check in service I received. I booked an appointment for 1:20PM. I arrived at 1:15PM. The attendant put a number cone on my car, then I waited until 1:40PM with no attention from anyone. I asked the attendant to find a service adviser to help me, and he did. From that point on, my experience was good.
What was the point of me making an appointment? I just waited in line with anyone who happened to drive up.

Everything related to my service was good. The only thing that was not completed is providing a new sticker that tells me when my next oil change is due. The service technician left the old sticker on the windshield. Other than that everything was great.
