First time ever servicing my vehicle at the Lexus, and all I could say is that it was the best service ever! Not only did they fix the problem that I had in my car but they also had it ready in a reasonable time. But that’s not the only thing, when I came in to pick up my car, they had washed my car and vacuumed it. But there was one more thing that I was really shocked when I seen, they filled up my gas tank to full! I’ve never had any dealship do that. I’ve had Mercedes benz and they didn’t do such thing! Especially with the gas! All I could say is that, thank you lexus for such a great customer service! Frank morena was very energetic and seemed like he loved doing what he was doing, very polite and great attitude when he was helping me out. Once again thank you guys for a great service that you guys have provided me!

I feel fortunate to have Aaron Ginn assisting my ES350 repair. He listened patiently, and reviewed carefully the service history on this problem. He understood my frustation from having this reoccuring problem, and ensured me to let the mechanics aware, not just the problem at hand, but also its history. Aaron is very curteous. He really cares about his customers and treated them with his warm personal approach. I have not had this experience for many years. So thumbs all the way up.
