It would be nice if the wait times could be shorter. It took over 20 min. to be seen.

For the first time since bringing this car to Lexus (16 years), side mirrors were way out of adjustment, nav system was locked, and steering wheel was adjusted way higher than when I left it. Very careless maintenance; it was disappointing.
